• How To Drink: Safely drink 1 cup daily first thing in the morning; on detox days, drink up to 4 cups per day between meals. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Size: Each tin has 4 oz of loose leaf tea. To use place 1 teaspoon of the tea mix into hot water, cover and steep 7-10 minutes.
